At Nityasa, we take great care to ensure your sacred puja products reach you safely, fresh, and on time—whether you’re in India or overseas.

📦 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Delivery Time: All orders within India are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges:
    ✅ Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
    ✅ A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment in real time.

🌏 International Shipping (Overseas)

  • Delivery Time: International orders are processed within 2–3 business days and generally delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

All Nityasa products are packed with eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Our team ensures hygienic and secure packaging, especially for perishable items like sesame oil and organic diyas, to preserve their sanctity and quality during transit.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control (e.g., festive season delays, weather conditions, customs clearance).

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays or non-delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, contact us at nityasa99@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Nityasa, we are deeply committed to delivering pure, authentic, and hygienically packed puja products to your doorstep. Every item is carefully handcrafted and checked for quality to ensure it reaches you in its most sacred form.

Due to the perishable and spiritual nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not possible, except in rare cases as outlined below.

🌿 Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Our products—such as sesame oil, organic diyas, incense, havan cups, and uples—are used in sacred rituals and are highly sensitive to storage and handling conditions. Accepting returns would compromise the purity and hygiene of these items, which is why:
✅ Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.
✅ Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, dislike of fragrance/texture, or incorrect ordering.

📦 Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  1. You receive a wrong product (not as per your order).

  2. The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.

  3. The product is expired at the time of receipt.

🕑 Timeframe to Report Issues

If you face any of the above issues, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to nityasa99@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

💸 Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., customized Pooja Thali)

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
